Please read these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) carefully. Your use or access of the Site (as defined below) constitutes your consent to this Agreement.

Platform Overview

The Mosaic Alpha Platform is a decentralized trading platform that operates entirely through smart contracts deployed on the blockchain. The platform was developed by the Mosaic Galaxy team and subsequently handed over to the community. The Mosaic Alpha platform is operated by immutable, tamper-proof software controlled by code deployed on the Binance Smart Chain.
The smart contracts that operate the Mosaic Alpha platform are completely transparent, live on the blockchain, and can be verified by anyone. After the Mosaic Galaxy team handed over the platform to the community, they have no rights and are unable to change or manipulate the system’s operations.

Platform Operators (Smart Contracts)

The Mosaic Alpha Platform is operated by the following smart contracts deployed on the Binance Smart Chain. Each contract serves a specific function in the decentralized ecosystem.

Smart Contract Security and Audit

A thorough audit was conducted for the entire smart contract system by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). The complete smart contract analysis is available on the Mosaic Alpha website: BME Smart Contract Analysis
Following the completion of the smart contract audit, the Mosaic Galaxy team implemented all fixes and recommendations cited in the analysis. After ensuring the platform’s security and functionality, the team handed over the platform to the community, removing any rights from themselves to modify or control the system.

All smart contract addresses can be verified on BscScan and are publicly auditable. The complete audit documentation and technical analysis are available for public review, ensuring full transparency of the platform’s security measures.

Acceptance

By clicking or tapping any button or box marked “accept,” “agree” or “OK” (or a similar term) in connection with this Agreement, or by accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement where you live and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Eligibility

This decentralized platform is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and/or not limited by their respectively applicable law in their capacity. Without limiting the foregoing, by accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and understand that laws regarding financial instruments may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and it is your obligation alone to ensure that you fully comply with any law, regulation or directive relevant to your jurisdiction.
Residents and citizens of certain countries, including but not limited to North Korea, the United States of America, Iran, the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, Cuba, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Syria, the Russian Federation, the occupied territories of Ukraine, and Myanmar, are not permitted to use this decentralized platform.

Decentralized Services

Token Baskets (“Baskets”)

Through the use of the decentralized platform, individuals can create token baskets of Crypto Assets (“Baskets”) and compile and programmatically realign weights on Baskets without intermediaries. These Baskets are generated through predefined, algorithmic logic encoded into the smart contracts listed above.
The platform operates entirely through smart contracts deployed on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain. No central authority controls or operates these functions – they are executed automatically by immutable code.

Platform Operations

The platform is operated entirely by the smart contracts listed in this agreement. No individual, company, or organization has the ability to:
  • Modify smart contract operations
  • Access user funds
  • Interfere with transactions
  • Change platform rules or parameters beyond what is programmed in the smart contracts
All platform operations, including basket creation, token swapping, fee collection, and user management, are handled automatically by the deployed smart contracts.

User Responsibilities

As a user of this decentralized platform, you acknowledge that:
  • You are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys
  • All transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • The platform operates without human intervention or customer support guarantees
  • Smart contract code governs all platform operations

Risks and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All crypto assets and crypto investments are extremely risky. The decentralized nature of this platform means that:
  • No entity can reverse transactions or recover lost funds
  • Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities could result in total loss
  • Blockchain network failures may affect platform availability
  • Regulatory changes may impact platform accessibility

No Warranty

The decentralized platform and all smart contracts are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The original development team (Mosaic Galaxy) has no ongoing obligations or responsibilities for platform operations, maintenance, or support.

Limitation of Liability

Since this is a decentralized platform operated entirely by smart contracts, no individual or entity can be held liable for:
  • Platform malfunctions or smart contract bugs
  • Loss of funds due to user error or blockchain issues
  • Regulatory actions affecting platform access
  • Any damages arising from platform use

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, reflecting the jurisdiction where the original development took place, though the platform now operates as a decentralized system without centralized control.

Platform Independence

Users acknowledge that the Mosaic Alpha Platform now operates independently of its original developers. The Mosaic Galaxy team has no ongoing control, access, or responsibility for platform operations, which are governed entirely by the deployed smart contracts.

For technical questions about smart contract functionality, users may refer to the publicly available documentation and audit reports. As this is a decentralized platform, no centralized customer support is available.

Notice on the Temporary Restriction of the MosaicAlpha Platform

Dear Users and/or Basket Managers,

The Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation of the European Union require continuous adaptation from both platforms (crypto asset service providers) and users.

To ensure full compliance and until the regulatory environment stabilizes, the MosaicAlpha platform is temporarily restricting certain platform functions. This measure mitigates potential legal risks and protects users’ interests.

Specifically:

  • Depositing new crypto-assets (e.g., buy function) is disabled.
  • Creating new baskets is suspended.
  • The swap function is temporarily disabled.

Withdrawal of assets stored on the platform remains available, with smart contracts running in the background to ensure transaction security.

This restriction is in place for an indefinite period but is intended to be temporary until the necessary adaptations are completed. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
